Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Original blue boards are very good with some fading to foot of front board, and corners are lightly bumped. Internally a gift inscription to the FFEP, pages are lightly age toned, otherwise very clean throughout with 'First Published 1938' to copyright page. The 2/6 reprint jacket is in very good – condition, chipping and edgewear visible, some closed tears. edges are rubbed and rear panel is grubby and shows creasing. Overall a nice copy.
